For most of my life, I’ve studied how people learn, how communities grow, and how institutions either support or fail them. I started in classrooms. I built a nonprofit from scratch. I wrote, organized, and experimented.
Over time, I realized I wasn’t just teaching. I was building systems.

I am a builder.
I began as a classroom teacher, but my work quickly expanded beyond a single room. I founded a nonprofit, built a national gluten-free health platform, published books, and created digital communities that connect thousands of families.
I’ve launched programs, hosted live events, shipped cookbooks, designed learning frameworks, and built systems that continue to grow.

What began as my personal blog navigating celiac disease and autoimmune health grew into a national platform serving families who need safe, trustworthy resources.
I built The Gluten Free Chef® to go beyond recipes. It evolved into a digital network, a cookbook brand, live events, and a growing health-focused community designed for people who want support without shame or confusion.
Today, it connects thousands of families through education, food, and shared lived experience.
I partner with families, educators, entrepreneurs, and organizations who want to build environments where people can truly thrive.
