Support that meets people where they are.
I work with families, schools, and organizations to support neurodivergent learners through literacy, emotional regulation, and systems that actually work.
How can I help you?
-
I’m a parent
I offer education, consulting, and tutoring for neurodivergent learners and families. My goal is to strengthen literacy, build regulation, and create systems that actually support student growth.
-
I’m a school or organization
I partner with schools, nonprofits, and organizations to strengthen systems that support students, educators, and families. My work includes Response-to-Intervention and literacy support, professional development, SEL strategy, equity-centered consultation, and workshops designed to create more sustainable and human-centered learning environments.

I’m here for The Gluten Free Chef®
The Gluten Free Chef® is my health and wellness brand and digital community. Founded in 2012, the brand supports people living with celiac disease, food allergies, and autoimmune conditions.
Not sure where to start?
Most people don’t know exactly what they need when they first reach out. They just know something isn’t working, a child is struggling, a system feels off, or support isn’t landing the way it should. That’s a good place to begin. We can talk through what’s going on and figure out the right next step together.
I design systems that support real people
For most of my life, I’ve studied how people learn, how communities grow, and how institutions either support or fail the people they’re meant to serve.
I started in classrooms. Over time, I realized I wasn’t just teaching. I was building systems.
Systems that help children learn to read and regulate.
Systems that support families navigating complex needs.
Systems that bring people together through shared experience.
This work sits at the intersection of education, health, and community.
I’m the founder of The Gluten Free Chef®.
What began as my personal blog navigating celiac disease and autoimmune health grew into a national platform serving families who need safe, trustworthy resources.
I built The Gluten Free Chef® to go beyond recipes. It evolved into a digital network, a cookbook brand, live events, and a growing health-focused community designed for people who want support without shame or confusion.
Today, it connects thousands of families through education, food, and shared lived experience.
