Recipes are curriculum.

I work with families, schools, and organizations to support neurodivergent learners through cooking, baking, literacy, SEL, and real-world learning that actually works.

Not sure where to start?

Most people don’t know exactly what they need when they first reach out. They just know something isn’t working, a child is struggling, a system feels off, or support isn’t landing the way it should. That’s a good place to begin. We can talk through what’s going on and figure out the right next step together.

I teach children through cooking, baking, and hands-on learning.

For most of my life, I have been paying attention to how children learn, how families navigate complicated systems, and how often young people are asked to fit into structures that were never designed with their whole selves in mind.

I started in classrooms, but over time I realized I was never just teaching skills. I was helping children feel safe enough to try, make mistakes, follow directions, problem-solve, and trust themselves as learners.

Today, I teach through cooking, baking, and hands-on learning because real-life experiences give children a reason to read, measure, listen, collaborate, regulate, and create. A recipe is never just a recipe. It is literacy, math, science, executive functioning, emotional regulation, and life practice all at once.

My work supports all children, with deep experience serving neurodivergent learners and students who thrive when instruction feels concrete, joyful, human, and connected to real life.

I’m the founder of The Gluten Free Chef®.

What began as my personal blog navigating celiac disease and autoimmune health grew into a national platform serving families who need safe, trustworthy resources.

I built The Gluten Free Chef® to go beyond recipes. It evolved into a digital network, a cookbook brand, live events, and a growing health-focused community designed for people who want support without shame or confusion.

Today, it connects thousands of families through education, food, and shared lived experience.
